Estudo de usuários no arqui o público do estado do maranhão (APEM): Analisando as estratégias metacogniti as no processo de busca de informação

Abstract

This research is an essay result of Master's degree by Uni ersidade Federal of Paraíba, it had as object of study the process of search of information de eloped by the users of Public Archi e of Maranhão (APEM). We analyzed under the beha ior model of search of information by Da id Ellis, whether the metacogniti e strategies of the professional from APEM, whether it looks like or it differentiate from those drawn by the researchers in the beha ior of search of information. The results were obtained through the application of semidirecti e inter iew; it was applied to two professionals and the erbal protocol to twel e researchers. We pointed out as result, the con ergence in the beha ior of search of information of these subjects with few differences; the absence of a user study by APEM in a systemic way and focused on its users and the creation of a new subcategory (copy).
