FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE PARA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL NOS CURRÍCULOS DE PEDAGOGIA

Abstract

RESUMO: O presente artigo apresenta dados de uma pesquisa que objetivou analisar os currículos dos cursos de Pedagogia das Universidades Públicas Federais no Brasil considerando a promulgação das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para os cursos de Pedagogia em 2005. A análise das configurações curriculares contemplou trinta e três universidades das quarenta e sete que ofereciam o curso de graduação em Pedagogia. A fim de analisar a configuração dos currículos de Pedagogia para a formação específica da docência para a educação infantil, foi preciso dar visibilidade ao lugar que as crianças e a infância ocupam no seu interior. A análise destes conteúdos buscou identificar ainda a existência de diálogos interdisciplinares para tratar da infância e suas consequências para a consolidação conceitual e a orientação das ações pedagógicas com as crianças na educação infantil.ABSTRACT: This article presents data from a research that aimed to analyze curricula from Pedagogy courses in Federal Public Universities in Brazil, considering the promulgation of the National Curricular Guidelines for Pedagogy courses in 2005. The curricular configurations’ analysis contemplated thirty-three Universities of the forty-seven that offer bachelor degrees in Pedagogy. In order to analyze the curricula configuration in Pedagogy specifically in teaching for early childhood education, it was necessary to give visibility to the place that children and childhood occupy in the examined curricula. The analysis of these contents also sought to identify the existence of interdisciplinary dialogues to deal with childhood and its consequences for the conceptual consolidation and orientation of pedagogical actions with children in early childhood education.
