Abstract

We report a case of finger-pulp reconstruction after traumatic multidigital amputation injury. A free finger-pulp flap was raised from a non-replantable amputated digit and successfully transferred to provide a satisfactory well-padded sensate fingertip with an excellent cosmetic appearance. © 2002 The British Association of Plastic Surgeons.
