Abstract

In this article the author discusses the value of scholarship of teaching and learning for students. He mentions that students can use teaching and learning as an investment to collect and reflect on work they accomplished in their time in the program. Moreover, he stresses that scholarship of teaching and learning is a practice that seeks to understand student learning for the purposes of improving that learning beyond the local.
