Abstract

There is a lot of work in the database community on time series similarity measures and indexing techniques Motivation comes mainly from the clustering/unsupervised learning problem We look at simple similarity models that allow efficient indexing, and at more realistic similarity models where the indexing problem is not fully solved yet.
