Abstract
This research is conducted to investigate the impacts of several variables namely job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress on employees' turnover intention in one of the manufacturing company in the Northern Malaysia. In specific, the aims of this research is to 1) to identify the relationship between job performance and turnover intention among employees in the manufacturing company; 2) to explore the relationship between organizational commitment and turnover intention among employees in the manufacturing company; and 3) to examine the relationship between job stress and turnover intention among employees in the manufacturing company. In accordance to that, a scientific literature review has been developed; and the participants of this research are included of 165 employees from one of the manufacturing company located in the Northern Malaysia. With the aid of SPSS software, the results indicated that turnover intention are negatively and significantly related to job satisfaction (β=-.454; t= -4.722; p=.000) and organizational commitment (β=-.171; t=-1.989; p=.048) among employees in this company. Result also presented that turnover intention is positively and significantly related to job stress (β=.281; t= 4.715; p=.000) among employees in this company. Some implications of this research are discussed based on the study findings at the end of this study.
