Abstract

The purpose this research was to describe school administration staff requirement for the next five years at state junior high school Kediri. This research use a quantitative approach descriptive-projective cause on quantitative data from empirical data. The result of this research is total ratio school administrastion staff with existing workload and total requirement projective of school administration staff for next five years
