Abstract

In today’s dynamic social context, online ideological and political education is vital for universities, yet traditional monotonous content and non-targeted delivery methods fail to meet students’ diverse needs. This study addresses these gaps by proposing a pluralistic framework to analyze existing shortcomings and developing an innovative content model tailored to the new era, alongside a user-profile-based precision delivery approach. Results demonstrate that the model enhances content relevance and engagement, significantly boosting student participation and satisfaction. Through multidimensional presentation, it also strengthens interactivity and effectiveness, fostering agency development and value diversification. By enriching theoretical foundations and offering practical strategies, this research supports the innovation of ideological education in higher education, with significant academic and practical implications.
