Abstract

In the Mediterranean Sea there are three sites where neutrino telescopes are being constructed or developed. The collaborations associated with these sites, ANTARES, NEMO and NESTOR, have adopted different technical solutions to implement a deep-sea detector. For these projects the various detector architectures are presented; the technological choices are compared and the current status is described.
