Abstract

The problem in the research is how the facilities and development of human resources in increasing the work productivity of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Seluma. The purpose of the study was to find out how the facilities and human resource development in increasing the work productivity of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Seluma. The benefit of this research is that it can increase knowledge in the field of science and scientific development from writers and readers about human resource management, especially facilities and human resource development in increasing work productivity of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Seluma. The research method is qualitative field research. Data collection techniques are: observation, interviews, documentation.
