Abstract

Carrier dynamics in templated perovskite films with different densities of nanopores were investigated. We employed colloidal solution processing to obtain templated perovskite films with different number densities of nanopores. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and photoluminescence (PL) measurements confirmed that porous structures dominantly influence a fast carrier decay process such as carrier extraction, while PbI2 residuals influence a slow carrier decay process.
