Abstract

It is estimated that around 52% of the females from all over the world (which approximates to 26% of the global population) belong to the reproductive age [5]. Although menstruation is a natural process of the female reproduction, it is always considered as a taboo and people often feel shy to talk about it [6]. Due to that reason, it becomes more difficult for the girls to prepare for and follow the hygiene practices [7,8]. Abstract
