Abstract
The water supply network of the Roman city of Baelo Claudia, in particular its aqueducts and its castellum aquae, was the focus of new investigations performed in 2013. The goal of this study was to make a first assessment of conservation status of the archaeological remains. It also allowed highlighting the originality of some types of structures, in particular bridges and steeps chutes and broadcasting of some Italic technology from the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlantic coast.
