PERCERAIAN DI PENGADILAN AGAMA PAMEKASAN: ANALISA TERHADAP ALASAN DAN FAKTOR CERAI GUGAT PADA TAHUN 2019

Abstract

Divorce become one of the indications that are able to damage the bond of marriage. In this case is a divorce case that has increased quite significantly, the presence of reason, for the dominant as well as the factors that affect the attitude of the wife to initiate divorce in Pamekasan Regency. Methods a qualitative field research (field research) with the sociological approach, the use of data with the primary data source, secondary as well as the collection of data through observation, interview, and documentation as well as data analysis with descriptive analysis with the groove of thinking inductive. The results of the study show that the divorce case is dominated by the contested divorce by reason of the dominate, i.e. the growth of disharmony, discord and strife, the absence of responsibility, the presence of a third party, the immorality, the presence of an arranged marriage, forced marriage, and the increasing awareness of the wife of the role and rights in a family setting.
