The management of human capital recruitment is a subject of which there is little knowledge, so we seek to make known its evolution and its importance because it is the basis, its starting point for a path to growth. After a search of books, articles and magazines with results regarding this topic, different criteria and theories have in common that this process is important to keep the company on its feet, although they have different approaches, each one of them has contributed with their knowledge, making it easier to interpret them. Therefore, it can be said that the recruitment of personnel is not a topic that can be overlooked and taken lightly, having a structure and possessing updated knowledge when hiring is vital to recruit the necessary personnel for the company, getting right with the knowledge and skills they possess is a gain for the organization.La gestión de captación de capital humano es un tema del cual se tiene poco conocimiento para ello buscamos dar a conocer su evolución y su importancia por el cual es la base, su punto de partida para un camino al crecimiento. Realizada la búsqueda, de libros, artículos y revistas con resultados con respecto a este tema, diferentes criterios y teorías tratan en común que este proceso es importante para mantener la empresa en pie, aunque tengan diversos enfoques cada uno de ellos ha aportado su conocimiento haciendo que sea más fácil la interpretación de estos. Por lo tanto, se puede decir que la contratación de personal no es un tema que pueda ser pasado por alto y tomar a la ligera, tener una estructura y poseer conocimientos actualizados al momento de contratar es vital para reclutar al personal necesario para la empresa, acertar con los conocimientos y habilidades que poseen es una ganancia para la organización.
