Implementasi Manajemen Penampilan Diri Melalui Pelatihan Beauty Class Bagi Calon Tenaga Administrasi Perkantoran

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and ability of participants in the field of cosmetology, increase the confidence of the participants in the work environment. The method of this activity consists of the lecture method, demonstration method and evaluation method. The participants of this activity were 36 participants who were candidates for administrative staff who were studying at the second level of the Pusmanu Polytechnic Office Administration Study Program. Based on the observations made, it was found that almost 80% of the activity participants had never done make-up activities and did not know the complete make-up related equipment. The results of this make-up training activity received a positive response from all training participants, participants were very enthusiastic about participating in each stage of the make-up technique and participants were able to apply this activity for themselves. This activity is expected to be sustainable with materials related to make-up, hair care and how to use the hijab in order to improve a professional appearance in the work environment.
