Abstract O rganizational justice has been a widely studied construct, based on various theories such as equity, justice, moti-vational and humanistic; its study has been of great interest given that the relationship with other variables has been found, such as job satisfaction, commitment, work performance and organizational results , among others. The present study through an integrated model includes the hypotheses of the present investigation that focus on the relationships of justice. For this investigation, 271 questionnaires were applied to administrative employees of a contracting company with offices in three regions of the country. The results obtained in this research indicate that there are relationships between organizational justice and job satisfaction, however, there are no relationships with performance. Additionally, gender perception has contrasting results in terms of the characteristics found between organizational justice and work performance, as well as job satisfaction with job performance .
