Abstract

The automatic logistics system of cigarette factory is a typical application of industrial informationization. Its purpose is to realize the automatic transportation of raw materials and finished products in the process of cigarette production through the automation system. In this paper, aiming at the automatic logistics system of recycling production waste, the computer simulation technology is applied to design and apply the system. In order to solve the problem of optimum solution of AVG, dumper and scheme selection in the process of production waste recycling, this paper uses computer simulation technology to model the business in actual operation, sets a series of evaluation indicators, simulates multiple collocations, processes and analyses the simulation results, and finally determines the automated deployment scheme of flow system.
