Abstract
The identification and characterization of collaboration benefits is an important element for the wide adoption of the collaborative networks paradigm. Departing from some categorization of intuitive advantages of collaboration, this paper introduces an approach for the analysis of benefits in collaborative processes for enterprises networks. The potential application of some indicators derived from this analysis is also discussed in VO breeding environment (VBE) context. © 2005 by International Federation for Information Processing.
