Abstract

Financial literacy is an important thing to introduce to children from an early age, as an effort to instill character values ​​for the future of children. The application of financial literacy to children can be introduced through the role of parents as the main agent who always interacts with children. The implementation of financial literacy is in accordance with the indicators of the financial literacy guidebook issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture and then put into a questionnaire distributed to 16 respondents to parents, in order to find out the effectiveness of implementing children's financial literacy in the family, especially during the pandemic. The results of the questionnaire stated that 58.125% had carried out the introduction of financial literacy well to children and 41.875% had not implemented the introduction of financial literacy well to children. So this article reveals the effectiveness of implementing financial literacy in families during the pandemic using the case study method Keywords: Literacy Financial, Literacy for Chillren, Financial Literacy
