Abstract
In its implementation, the Constitutional Court Decision Number 7/PUU-XII/2014 is considered ineffective. This study aims to find out how the legality of the implementation of the Fixed Time Work Agreement (PKWT) after the Constitutional Court Decision Number 7/PUU-XII/2014 and what factors cause the Constitutional Court Decision Number 7/PUU-XII/2014 to be ineffective. This research uses empirical juridical research methods, using primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are: First, the district court has the authority to ratify the status of the Indefinite Time Work Agreement based on the results of the examination of the Labor Inspector.
