Abstract
This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in class IV SD Negeri 068007 Medan Tuntung. The author tries to apply the Group Investigation model as a solution to these problems. This study aims to improve learning outcomes. This research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 068007 Medan Tuntung. The results showed an increase in the class average and classical completeness of student learning outcomes. From the results obtained and it is concluded that the Group Investigation model can improve student learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 068007 Medan Tuntung for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Based on the research results, it is recommended that teachers use the Group Investigation model because it is proven to improve student learning outcomes.
