IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA GEMPA BUMI 2018 DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR: TANGGAP DARURAT DAN PEMULIHAN

Abstract

The focus of the study is policy implementation of disaster management earthquake 2018 in East Lombok Regency. The scopes of study cover two theme namely disaster emergency response during disaster occurrence and post-disaster recovery. The methodology employs a phenomenological approach with qualitative design. The study finding indicate that disaster emergency response activities include rapid assessment, declaring a state of emergency, establishing a command team of emergency response, operation of emergency response, transitional status from emergency response to recovery. Meanwhile, recovery activities include an issued of presidential instruction, establishing of operational task units, verification of disaster impact, recovery planning, implementing of recovery, monitoring & evaluation
