INVENTARISASI JENIS – JENIS CENDAWAN PADA RHIZOSFER PERTANAMAN PADI

Abstract

Dilutions factor to obtain dilution 10⁻³. Then taken 0.1 ml suspension, grown on PDA media and leveled to dry using a spatula. Incubated for 5-7 days at 22-25 °C. The fungi that grew subsequently were identified. The number of fungi were found on semi-organic rice plants rhizosphere as much as 9 isolates, there were genus of Fusarium sp., Aspergillus sp., Trichoderma sp. and 2 other isolates have not been identified, while on inorganic rice plants rhizosphere were found 4 isolates genus of Aspergillus spp. and 1 isolate has not been identified.
