Abstract

The fume extractor is a mechanical utensil it will capture various harmful gases. Gases coming out from the Soldering process welding process or CNC laser process is very harmful, workers working at these areas they may be lost their life because when they inhale these gases will directly effect on Respiratory system. various health problems will cause those are: lung swelling, Coughing, and other respiratory problems. Fume extractors are available in different sizes with a High price range. my wok in this project is to make the functional, inexpensive concise and simple fume extractor device. main features of this project is to easy printing of 3d printed casing and changing activated carbon as well as HEPA filters effortless. it reduces the inhalation of fumes that comes from soldering. HEPA Filters removes harmful gases and come back purified air to the workplace. The combination of powerful fan and perfect high quality filters creates a recirculating air patterns for ductless units, because of the airflow ductwork costly air replacement is not required. these units occupies less space, weigh less and more energy.
