Abstract
ini menunjukkan: (1) kedisiplinan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja guru dengan nilai sig 0,004 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung > t tabel 2,988 > 1,993. (2) fasilitas kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja guru dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung > t tabel 4,258 > 1,993. (3) kedisiplinan dan fasilitas kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja guru dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai f hitung > f tabel 19,521 > 3,13. Sedangkan angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,337 menunjukkan bahwa 34,0% variabel dependen (kinerja guru) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen (kedisiplinan dan fasilitas kerja) dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 66,0% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kedisiplinan dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja guru studi pada SMKN 1 Grati Kabupaten Pasuruan. Abstract Education is an effort to money accelerate the development of human potential to develop the task of building his nation,because only humans can be educated and educate, resources to that it is expected to be able to face competition with other countries in the future. This research aimed to know (1) the effect of work discipline on the teacher's performance in SMKN 1 Grati kabupaten pasuruan, (2) the effect of work fasility on the teacher's performance in SMKN 1 Grati kabupaten pasuruan, (3) the effect of work discipline and work fasility on the teacher's performance in SMKN 1 Grati kabupaten pasuruan. This research was conducted in SMKN 1 Grati Kabupaten Pasuruan. The sample in this research was the entire population of the teacher's in SMKN 1 Grati Kabupaten Pasuruan which consisted of 74 teachers. The method used to collect the data was questionnaire while the data analyce. The result showed: (1)the work discipline significantly affected the teacher's performance with sig value 0,004 < 0,00 and t value > t table 2,988 > 1,993, (2) work fasility significantly affected the teacher's performance with sig value 0,000 < 0,05 and t value > t table 4,258 > 1,993, (3) work discipline and work fasility significantly affected the teacher's performance with sig value 0,000 < 0,05 and t value > t table 19,521 > 3,13. While the Adjusted R Square of 0,337 indicated that 34,0% of the teachers performance variable could be explained by the independent variable (work discipline and work facility) in the regression equation. While the remaining 66,0% could be explained by other variables outside the variables used in this research. Based on the data analysis, it could be concluded that there was significant effect between work discipline and work facility on the teachers performance in SMKN 1 Grati Kabupaten Pasuruan.
