Dispersion characteristics of slot lines on a ferrite substrate by a mode-matching technique

Abstract

A mode-matching technique for analysis of slot lines on a ferrite substrate with a finite or infinite thin metal coating is investigated. The method is exact apart from numerical evaluation, where the infinite series have to be approximated. It is shown that accurate numerical results can be obtained with even a 4 ×4 matrix. © 1982, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
