Abstract

The paper is focused on a thermo-optical plant that is used for experimental work at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology STU in Bratislava. Our attention was dedicated to one approach of its remote control. A Java client-server application was created that enables to connect the graphical user interface with the Matlab engine running on the server.
