Abstract
This study describes the implementation of fulfilling the wife’s livelihood and post-court decisions. Some husbands neglect this obligation. The focus of this research is on the implementation of fulfilling the living expenses of the ex-wife and children after the court’s decision at the religious court class 1B Metro Islamic law perspective. The ex-husband had to previously pay for these obligations based on sadd az-Zarī’ah to help the wife’s economy after the divorce. However, the child’s livelihood after the court’s decision in PA class 1B Metro is not by the provisions of Islamic law. The ex-husband does not pay for the child’s support after the divorce, but only pays it once at the time of the divorce vow, not routinely, and not with a nominal value smaller than the court’s decision.
