Abstract

The Open and Distance Learning (ODL) framework has demonstrated a huge development during the previous barely any decades because of its one of a kind component of being an easy to use framework. In this framework, the understudies are allowed to learn at their own pace and comfort while being endlessly from the establishment. This uniqueness and the simplicity of picking up information have a vital task to carry out in encouraging the present developing information society. Data and correspondence innovation (ICT) has altogether influenced the procedure of affirmation in higher instructive organizations. The article expects to gauge the effect of ICT on online confirmation process in higher instructive establishments in the province of Chhattisgarh.
