Abstract

Without using P/N doping materials, all‐fluorescence white OLED having double ETL showed efficiencies of 18.4cd/A, 11.5lm/W, and 8.4% at 5.0V, emitting 4000cd/m 2 with CIEx,y color of (0.31,0.35) comparable to P/N doped one. We investigated its principle of high efficiency and degradation by getting relative exciton profile from an optical simulation and spectrum transient EL.
