Abstract
With newer drugs becoming available for use in obstetrics, the obstetric anaesthetist must become familiar with their clinical use, side effects, and potential interaction with anaesthetic agents. This will permit safe administration of anaesthesia for the parturient who is receiving these medications. © 1995 Canadian Anesthesiologists.
