Abstract

This study offers both practical and theoretical contributions by presenting the design of an artificial intelligence (AI)based digital system aimed at enhancing the local intellectual property (IP) ecosystem in Indonesia. Bhinneka.Space is a smart digital hub leveraging AI and cloud computing to connect diverse stakeholders including creators, investors, publishers, merchandising agencies, educational institutions, and government entities within a unified ecosystem. The platform aims to improve collaboration, increase efficiency, promote transparency, and expand monetization opportunities in the character IP industry. The development process uses the Agile Scrum methodology, allowing for iterative and adaptable improvements to the system based on user feedback. Key features include panels with Optimized Character Analytics technology, automated IP valuation, and digital copyright protection mechanisms. In addition, this study analyzes stakeholder roles and discusses barriers to technology uptake, data security concerns, and the need for sustainable monetization models. The findings suggest the Bhinneka. The space has great potential to boost growth in the Indonesian IP sector and strengthen the competitiveness of local IP on the world stage through effective technological integration and mixed cooperation.
