MENERAPKAN PRINSIP DESAIN INSTRUKSIONAL DALAM PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER BELAJAR UNTUK MENDUKUNG PENCAPAIAN TUJUAN PEMBELAJARAN DI MADRASAH

Abstract

Desain instruksional menjadi blue print dalam proses pengajaran yang mengarahkan proses penyusunan strategi instruksional tersebut. Komponen-komponen dalam strategi instruksional yang ditetapkan berdasarkan teori-teori psikologi (aliran humanisme, behaviorisme, kognitivisme, konstruktivisme, dan cybernetisme) dan berbagai prinsip instruksional meliputi urutan kegiatan instruksional, garis besar isi instruksional dan sistem peluncuran yang terdiri dari metode instruksional, media dan alat instruksional, serta alokasi waktu. Komponen-komponen tersebut terintegrasi dan berfungsi bersama dalam bentuk strategi pembelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan instruksional. Dalam pembicaraan tentang model-model pengembangan instruksional beberapa kali disinggung tentang karakteristik siswa yang perlu diperhatikan pada waktu akan diadakan perancangan dan pengembangan suatu program atau sistem instruksional. Karakteristik tersebut mencakup faktor-faktor yang jelas akan mempengaruhi proses belajar siswa. Sebagian dari faktor-faktor ini merupakan sesuatu yang telah tetap sifatnya dan tidak dapat berubah seperrti misalnya kemampuan siswa, umurnya dan kebudayaannya.Instructional design becomes a blueprint in the teaching process that directs the process of compiling the instructional strategy. The components in the instructional strategy that are determined based on psychological theories (humanism, behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, and cybernetism) and various instructional principles include the sequence of instructional activities, outline of instructional content and launching system consisting of instructional methods, instructional media and tools, and time allocation. These components are integrated and function together in the form of a learning strategy to achieve instructional goals. In the discussion of instructional development models, several times it was mentioned about the characteristics of students that need to be considered when designing and developing a program or instructional system. These characteristics include factors that will clearly affect the student learning process. Some of these factors are something that is fixed in nature and cannot be changed such as student ability, age and culture
