Abstract

Pandemic 2020, a scourge confronting humanity, economies, and lifeline. Even without pandemic, economies were confronting turbulence, and pandemic has fueled this fire. Everything has become standstill. Countries are in lockdown, industries are closed, travels are ban, and nations have sealed their borders. Worldwide GDP growth rates are slashed, and investments are shrinking. Asia, Europe, and the USA are severely hit, lacks lost their lives, and millions are infected. Underprivileged, daily earners, old age people, and workers from unorganized sectors are severely impacted. Protection of life and employment is unprecedently required in the current situation. Governments are doing their best to counter the situation. Relief packages are announced, cash benefits are given, and central banks are offering new guidelines to tackle the finance industry. Food is served to needy, and medical treatments and sanitization are offered by states. The world needs to secure mankind from health hazards and provide timely relief, especially to underprivileged and all. In current paper headlights, steps were taken by various governments and some suggested work majors for them.
