Abstract
The aim of this study was to study the function of knee joints in patients with early osteoarthritis (OA, according to the criteria of the American Rheumatological Association 2010) of the I-III stages using a visual analogue scale (VASC) of pain intensity and treatment results, Lequesne index, expert indicators, a 4-meter walk to assess the effectiveness of intraarticular administration of HyalurChondro.80 patients aged 28 to 55 years were examined. The treatment scheme included recommendations of the European Rheumatology League (EULAR, 2016) and Russia (Nasonov E.L., 2017). The assessment of the treatment results was carried out in two groups. The first group included 43 patients who received HyalurChondro in the form of intraarticular injections, the second group included 37 patients who received chondroprotectors inside or as intramuscular injections. The course of intraarticular injections consisted of 2 to 4 procedures (depending on the degree of improvement in the signs of joint syndrome). By the end of the second month of observation in the first group 60.5%, in the second - 51.1% of patients noted a significant improvement in their condition (general condition and joint syndrome) (according to VASC). In the groups 4,7 and 8,1% of patients respectively noted the results of treatment as "without changes". The best results of the Lequesne index, expert signs and a sample of 4-meter walking were also recorded in patients who received HyalurChondro as intraarticular injections. Intraarticular administration of Chondrogard has a positive clinical effect in early OA II-III stages with moderate knee joint dysfunction. The course of treatment should last at least 2 months.
