Abstract

Numbers of private vehicle movement in city caused negative externalites. Indonesia's Ministry of Transportation tend to facilitate Palembang city mobility with public transportation called Bus Transit Buy The Service Project. This research aims to identify the equilibrium in passenger willingness to pay and ability to pay as proposing the suitable tariff. Shown in this research, is about 2.400 - 3.500 rupiahs is the range of effective bus transit fares.
