Abstract
Most vascular injuries to the brain secondary to blunt head trauma involve the internal carotid circulation. A case of isolated basilar occlusion secondary to a clival fracture is described and compared to three other cases in the literature. © 1989, Canadian Neurological Sciences Federation.
