Abstract
The target of our experiments is to simulate a complex production process under laboratory conditions. An industrial aluminium production line is examined using a semi-continuous casting device, running preliminary and trial experiments to find the optimal technological parameters for the physical simulation. Be the determination of the correct casting parameters the technological industrial process can be optimized.
