Metode Six Sigma Dalam Perbaikan Cacat Botol pada Produk Personal Care

Abstract

Occupational safety and health is one of the important factors in the smooth running of production so that this program must be implemented in the company and not just a discourse. Occupational safety and health is a program that is formed as an effort to prevent work disabilities from occurring in work accidents by observing and analyzing things that have the potential to cause work disabilities due to work accidents and taking precautions if they occur. The purpose of this study was to identify the risk of accidents at PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, using the risk priority number method, Pareto diagram, fishbone and five why's analysis. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the type of work inspection of the packer area equipment has a risk factor for hearing loss caused by a work area that is too noisy. Meanwhile, the suggestion that can be given is based on the five's why's analysis, namely that the company management must provide socialization on the use of PPE and sanctions to all workers who do not use PPE in accordance with the SOP.
