Abstract

This paper highlights the public health problems faced by Somali refugees in different settlement camps in Somalia and in neighbouring countries that resulted from the country's internal conflicts and the ongoing drought, particularly that of malnutrition and measles. Measures to effectively address such human catastrophe are discussed.
