Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technologies has created the preconditions for organizing the educational process in higher education, using the creation of a special educational environment that contributes to a change in both the teaching process and the process of gaining knowledge by students. Thus, it became necessary to modernize the educational process itself, in which innovative teaching methods such as information and communication technologies would be used, which, together with changes in the ways and methods of teaching and learning, would preserve the fundamental approaches to teaching. Information and communication technologies are currently widely discussed in the field of educational activities. Some researchers [8] highlight such organizational and methodological forms of application of information and communication technologies in the process of educational activities as online learning and support for e-learning.
