PENGARUH KOMPETENSI KEPRIBADIAN DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI MIN 2 NGANJUK

Abstract

The purpose of education in schools is to educate the nation as mandated in the 1945 Constitution. Teachers are educators who are the very dominant and most important factor in education to achieve learning goals in schools. The ability of teachers to teach in the learning process as an educational goal which is also an indicator of the success of the teaching and learning process. In order to be able to carry out their duties properly, teachers need to master various things, including their personal competence and professional competence. To determine whether there is an influence of teacher competence, it is necessary to formulate the following: This type of research uses a quantitative approach using descriptive analysis method to explain a table, and simple regression analysis is continued with multiple regression, which aims to determine the effect of one variable on another variable using the SPSS version 22 application. The population of this study was all 6th grade students. as many as 139 and 116 samples, and a sample of 5 teachers from a population of 6 teachers. Data collection techniques with the method of documentation and questionnaires. Based on the research results obtained indicate that there is a significant influence between the teacher's personality competence on the learning achievement of students at MIN 2 Nganjuk. of 83.8%. 2. There is a significant influence between the teacher's personality competence on the learning achievement of students at MIN 2 Nganjuk. By 97.6%. 3. There is a significant influence between personality competence and teacher professional competence on student achievement at MIN 2 Nganjuk. By 99.9%. ABSTRAKTujuan pendidikan di sekolah adalah untuk mencerdaskan bangsa sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam UUD 1945. Guru adalah pendidik yang merupakan faktor yang sangat dominan dan terpenting dalam pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran di sekolah. Kemampuan guru dalam mengajar dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai tujuan pendidikan yang juga merupakan indikator keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Agar dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, guru perlu menguasai berbagai hal, antara lain kompetensi personal dan kompetensi profesional. Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kompetensi guru perlu dirumuskan sebagai berikut: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif untuk menjelaskan suatu tabel, dan analisis regresi sederhana dilanjutkan dengan regresi berganda, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh satu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VI. sampel sebanyak 139 dan 116, dan sampel 5 guru dari populasi 6 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode dokumentasi dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di MIN 2 Nganjuk. sebesar 83,8%. 2. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di MIN 2 Nganjuk. Sebesar 97,6%. 3. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di MIN 2 Nganjuk. Sebesar 99,9%.
