Abstract

In the era of globalization at this time many people have problems about waste management. They realize that this is a national problem in our country. There are still many people who have not used or reprocessed the garbage produced in advance from the waste generated from beans. So far managing sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus) is still limited to processing seeds which are then processed into various snack products. Meanwhile, the coats have not been maximally utilized. Even though it is possible that the sunflower seed shell (Helianthus annuus) also stores various important substances such as those contained in the seeds, including high nitrogen levels. One of the ways that can be done to utilize this abundant waste is by processing it into organic fertilizer.
