Abstract
Antenatal hydronephrosis (ANH) affects approximately 1% of pregnancies.1 Controversies exist as to the postnatal investigation and management of these children. The CUA Guidelines Committee has reviewed the updated literature to provide recommendations. © 2009 Canadian Urological Association.
