Globalization is an era that is being welcomed today. There are many conveniences as well as challenges during this global era. We need to be careful in facing this new era but still with the spirit of enthusiasm towards the global era. The Social Science Teacher Conference (MGMP IPS) can be a forum in dealing with this global era. This is because the Social Studies MGMP as a gathering place for teachers with various backgrounds. The existence of the Social Studies MGMP is important because there are many kinds of activities that can be carried out with the active participation of the social studies teachers of Junior High School SMP in Sragen Regency. Including activities that encourage the integrity of teachers in conducting learning to their students.
