Abstract
Abstract: This research paper explores the transformative role of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) leadership in shaping strategic sustainability and driving long-term corporate value. As global businesses face increasing pressure from stakeholders, regulators, and climate-related risks, ESG integration has emerged as a critical framework for resilience, transparency, and competitive advantage. The study synthesizes recent empirical findings and applies statistical analysis to assess the correlation between ESG performance and financial outcomes. Key insights reveal that effective ESG strategies—anchored in executive leadership, risk governance, and operational alignment—enhance investor confidence, mitigate systemic risks, and generate sustainable growth. By advancing a multi-dimensional understanding of ESG as both a strategic asset and a governance imperative, this paper offers a roadmap for organizations seeking to transition from compliance-driven models to purpose-led, stakeholder-centric value creation. Keywords: ESG, strategic sustainability, risk governance, long-term value creation, corporate leadership, stakeholder capitalism, sustainability reporting, ESG metrics, financial resilience, sustainable business strategy
