Abstract
Decision in urban planning involves an understanding of complex interactions between different aspects of the city. The use spatial decision support systems (SDSS) became an important tool to support decision-making, given its capability to integrate spatial and descriptive data and allow simulation of alternative scenarios. In this work, we present a new tool that reproduces the dynamics of e-commerce and urban logistics and that supports decision making for urban planners. The tool allows for assessment of alternative logistics interventions, considering the efficiency aspects from the supply side and overall environmental and travel time savings benefits from the demand side.
