Abstract

The ICT's has been Technologies that in last years has been entering in the daily activities of people all throught the World. Medicine is not an exeption of these, because there has been an important impact of these Technologies in the last decades these area, telemedicine is an example of these. The Present Study shows the degee of penetration of the ICT in our continent, and the dificulties that exists to make that our countries can have all the virtues of these new elements, and the politics that may help solve them. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2007.
