Abstract

(Chemical Equation Presented) In an operationally straightforward and efficient method, amidrazones 1a-h and amidoximes 2a-h are prepared in yields of 65-87% from imidoylbenzotriazoles 3a-h by microwave heating for 5-20 min with the appropriate hydrazine or hydroxylamine. © 2006 American Chemical Society.
